Water Bills are issued quarterly: March 30th, June 30th, September 30th, and December 30th.
All properties (including vacant properties with water turned off) are charged a flat fee for service.
Bills must be paid within 30 days. Interest on unpaid monies will be applied after thirty days.

Water On and Off Fees
Property owners can request to turn their water supply on or off for the following reasons:
- to complete repairs or renovate a home or building
- to conduct work on a sprinkler system
- if they are going on an extended vacation
Disconnection Fee: $50.00 during regular work hours
Reconnection Fee: $50.00 during regular work hours
Regular Work Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30 pm. Calls outside regular work hours are billed at $ 150.00 per visit. Note: These fees will appear on your next Water Bill
