The Committee of the Whole is a working group of council. Meetings occur monthly on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:00pm.
Groups and the public may make a presentation to Council during the Committee of the Whole Meeting. Presentations should be a maximum of 10 minutes, with 5 minutes after for questions and answers.
