During an emergency situation (severe weather, extended power outage) REMO may activate one or more of the Comfort Centres in Annapolis Royal. When activitated a Comfort Center provides a safe space for the public during day time hours to warm up or cool down, charge phones and other devices, and stay connected with family and neighbours.
